To balance out the glasses-wearing...

I obviously have to do something super cool. I chose in this case to buy a condo. That's right... I'm going to be a homeowner! Or at least a "home the size of a closet" owner! I'm super excited. I made an offer a couple of weeks ago, but it wasn't accepted until Friday when I was at the beach. Haven't worked out the details yet since I just got back in town, but hopefully our original closing date of August 26th will still work out! I'm trying to be all stable and such. Is it working? Only time and my therapist will tell. (Ha.)
