Remember back when it snowed?

Like... yesterday?

It definitely poured snow for about 5 minutes in Roanoke last night while I ate dinner with my family. Mom's kitchen table is right by a big window, so my 2-year-old niece freaked out! She was standing on her chair exclaiming, "Let's go make a snowman!" Finally she convinced Big Chuck to take her out there and play hide and seek to make up for the lack of snow accumulation. We spoil this child way too much, but have you seen her? You will be proud to know I did resist her demands that I get in the bathtub with her last night. Um, no thanks.

I'm back in The Big Island today and not motivated at all for this week's work. Can't events just plan themselves?
