My alarm clock has taken over my subconscious

When I got an alarm clock that can be set to play the radio or the first song of a CD to wake me up instead of a buzzing sound, I was excited. In college, I would put in CDs with great first songs and surprise myself with joy in the morning.

Well, now that I no longer download music to burn CDs with cool first songs*, I have it set to the radio, which betrays me often. Very often. Hence, I currently have Richard Marx stuck in my head and don't see it leaving anytime soon.

*My new computer is supposed to arrive today, on which I can once again download music and burn anything I want! Hooray!
